Enchanted Garden
An elegant celebration rooted in tradition, Daniela’s Quinceañera was transformed into a breathtaking enchanted garden. Layers of soft cream drapery, lush florals, and personalised styling elements created a dreamy, storybook atmosphere. Every detail was curated to honour her journey with grace, beauty, and unforgettable charm.
The Bridal Table
The bridal table was the centrepiece of the entire reception. We styled it for Monica, Asipeli and their ten-person bridal party using luxe florals in champagne, white and soft neutrals, arranged at three different levels for depth. Candles lined the length of the table, casting a soft glow and creating a romantic, intimate ambience throughout the evening.

Guest Table Styling
Each of the twenty guest tables was styled with tall gold plinth arrangements, custom acrylic table numbers and personalised place cards for every guest. These design choices elevated the space while keeping it warm and welcoming.

Cake Cutting Backdrop
We created a soft cream-draped backdrop with matching florals, a custom gold-accented sign and a dedicated plinth for the cake. This space gave the cake-cutting moment its own spotlight without overpowering the reception design.

Entrance Styling
The reception entry featured a custom seating chart, mirrored welcome sign and floral accents that matched the styling inside the venue. This first impression welcomed guests with elegance and guided them seamlessly into the space.

If you're hosting more than 40 guests, a seating chart is essential. It prevents crowding and confusion, helping everyone settle in quickly and comfortably.
In Memory Table
We styled a quiet corner close to the bridal table in honour of Monica’s sister. It featured a framed photo of the sisters, a heartfelt message, soft candlelight and a delicate bud vase—offering a gentle presence throughout the night.

The Planning Behind the Design
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we met with Monica several times to refine the floor plan and finalise all styling decisions. We recommended trusted vendors, coordinated them in the lead-up and on the day, and managed all on-the-day styling and wedding coordination. Every detail was reviewed in advance so Monica could be fully present, knowing everything was handled.
