A Celebration Designed Around Meaningful Details
The inspiration for the celebration centred around soft pastel florals, elegant styling and personal touches that reflected the excitement of their growing family.
One of the most memorable design elements came from Heena and Chirag’s idea to incorporate their baby’s clothing into the backdrop. A delicate washing line of their own keepsake baby clothes was styled beneath the backdrop signage, adding a sentimental detail that made the space feel uniquely theirs.
Rather than simply creating a beautiful setting, the aim was to create an environment that told their story.
A Pastel Garden Setting in North Lakes
The outdoor space was transformed into a soft pastel garden-inspired celebration, designed to feel elegant, welcoming and timeless.
The centrepiece of the styling was a layered backdrop featuring three statement arches. A large white rectangular arch was paired with a medium pink arch and a pink hollow arch, creating depth and dimension while providing a stunning focal point for guests and photography.
The backdrop was brought to life with an abundance of premium artificial florals in a delicate palette of pastel pink, purple, yellow and blue. Hydrangeas, roses, daisies, dahlias and delphiniums were carefully arranged throughout the design, creating a floral installation that felt soft, romantic and full of movement.
The final result was a modern baby shower styling concept that balanced sophistication with the warmth of a family celebration.

While the final styling was the most visible part of the celebration, much of the work happened behind the scenes.

The menu featured a selection of vegetarian Indian street food, complemented by a live Pav Bhaji station that added an interactive element to the celebration.
With guests requiring pure vegetarian and Jain options, careful planning ensured everyone could enjoy the dining experience comfortably.

The entertainment included personalised baby shower games using items provided by the family, including matching songs to objects, a bottle race challenge, pregnancy and childbirth trivia, and gender prediction games.
