The Backdrop
The main backdrop combined soft pink and white florals to create a stunning focal point that felt both romantic and elegant. Its scale and design made it the perfect setting for family photographs and key moments throughout the celebration. Table Décor
Guest tables featured lush floral runners, elegant tapered candles, and cascading floral arrangements, all finished with personalised place cards tied with pink bows. Dessert Table
The dessert table was styled with acrylic risers, candlelight, and floral vases, complemented by a flowing chocolate fountain. Bloom Bar
For adult guests, a DIY bloom bar invited them to create their own bouquets, offering both entertainment and a personalised keepsake. This interactive feature was a favourite, blending creativity with elegance. It extended the theme of florals beyond décor and into the guest experience itself.
Vendors
To ensure the day was filled with fun for all ages, we coordinated a variety of entertainment including a bubble house, jumping castle, soft play, DJ, and magician. These curated experiences kept the celebration dynamic, balancing sophistication with joyful energy for children and adults alike.
Kids’ Favours Display
A shelved arch, complete with personalised signage, displayed favours that were sourced and crafted by us for every child. The styling combined practicality with beauty, turning a thoughtful gesture into a memorable feature. This detail ensured even the youngest guests had a unique experience to enjoy and take home.
Welcome Sign
A bespoke welcome sign, styled with florals, greeted guests and set the tone for the celebration from the very first moment. It was more than just signage—it became part of the décor, blending seamlessly with the event’s palette and theme.
